El Paso County Criminal History does not keep, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Its content identifies access routes through the El Paso County Sheriff, local clerks, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Government-record access remains governed by the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552, while DPS criminal-history dissemination is governed by Government Code Chapter 411. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
